Their mission is to help breastfeeding mothers by offering
mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information and education.
They have both daytime and evening meetings. Call any of the

A non-profit, volunteer organization whose goal is to help
mothers enjoy a positive breastfeeding experience. They provide
breastfeeding information, support, counseling and encouragement,
all with no fees.

WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Phone: (415) 499-6889 WIC
is a nutritional supplemental service program that serves
low-income families, even if the parents are working. They
provide nutritional counseling, education and support for
both prenatal and postnatal women. They have breastfeeding
support groups and lactation consultants, coupons for baby
formula, and for food for children up to five years of age.
They have breast pumps available to borrow free of charge.
