Dear Families -

Before our "green" (a.k.a. online) Summer Newsletter edition gets sent out, we wanted to say hello and quickly update you on a few club items.

First, Simone, Kathy and I have put forth a primary goal of expanding the club to reach more Marin multiples-families, on all ends of the spectrum. This might be achieved by something as simple as printing a new MPOMC brochure for placement in doctors' offices, or perhaps by something as important as always delivering at least a box of diapers to every family in need that falls under our caring and generous wings. Come brainstorm with us if you have other ideas for outreach.

Second, we still have several officer positions to fill:

• Play Groups Coordinator (now by age group)
• Mom's Night Out Co-Coordinator
• Dad's Night Out Coordinator
• Treasurer

If any of these special roles seem enticing, call or email us!

We have a marvelous slew of new officers already; the group promises to be a lot of fun, and it's a terrific way to make friends with other parents of multiples (because only WE get what we're going through, right?)! Again, if you are interested in an officer position, please let us know right away.

And finally, please join us for the Summer MPOMC Family Picnic, on Saturday, August 30th. We realize this is a holiday weekend, but we had to pick this date, nonetheless. We so hope you will join us with your family if you are in town that weekend. We want to meet you in person, and say hello and welcome!
